From Planning to Departure
Regardless of whether this is your first trip or if you are an experienced party leader, IBT Travel make it easy to organise your ski trip.
We will discuss your requirements in great detail before you even begin promoting your tour. Our team will guide you through the process in a structured and straightforward manner, so you can be confident that from planning to departure, your trip will run smoothly.
STEP 1 - Browsing
You may have an idea of the type of trip you want to book, or you might be in the early stages of building your perfect learning experience. Our website is the first port of call to help you discover trips on offer, but if you don’t see the perfect trip or need more information, our experienced staff are on hand to help.
STEP 2 - Enquire and Book
Make an initial enquiry with one of our experienced advisors. They will be able to discuss your requirements and match up a suitable resort that will meet the expectations of you and your group. We will issue a proposal document which will indicate the cost of the trip as well as what is included, at this stage you are under no obligation and can redefine any component that you feel is not suitable.
Once you are completely satisfied with your proposal, we will issue a formal quotation and booking form. This will allow you to promote your trip to the pupils. In our downloads section, you will find marketing material to assist you, such as advertising posters, a sample letter to parents and payment cards.
STEP 3 - Organising
Once you have collated your returns and initial deposit we simply ask you to complete and return the online booking form and passenger list and return this to our office with the first deposit payment and our administration team will confirm the booking in writing. Leaving enough time for this stage is essential, as you want to be sure as many students as possible have the opportunity to go on the trip.
STEP 4 - Departure
As we head closer to your departure date, we will exchange information with you and supply a final pack detailing all of your travel arrangements and documentation. We will also provide you access to Vamoos, the trip planning app where you will be able to download and manage all of your travel documents on the go! All that is left is for you and your pupils to enjoy your skiing experience.
