Each part of Spain has a strong cultural identity, and Andalusia is no different. Wherever you choose to base yourself, you’ll find no shortage of things to see, do and experience. In fact, the real challenge is fitting it all in (something our travel advisors can help with).

Make time to visit the region’s most spectacular sites, like the Alhambra Palace in Granada and Seville’s historic centre, including its Royal Alcázar Palace.

Seville is also the birthplace of flamenco, so it’s the perfect place to watch a live performance and witness the emotion, rhythm and storytelling that define this world-famous art form.

And flamenco isn’t the only Andalusian creation to leave a global mark. Málaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, and a visit to the city’s Picasso Museum offers a fascinating insight into how he developed into one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.

There’s no better language learning experience than our Language Study Tours. 

Your students will stay with a local Andalusian host family for a week, learning to communicate in a new environment that pushes them out of their comfort zone (but still in a friendly, warm and welcoming one!). They’ll also attend lessons at a local language school each day, before taking some time to enjoy themselves with a cultural activity. 

They’ll likely be exhausted afterwards, but they’ll have developed their language skills, gained newfound confidence, and matured as young adults.
