Skern Adventure – Abbotsham

Skern Adventure’s second site in Abbotsham is nestled in the spectacular Devon countryside, close to the town of Bideford. It too offers fantastic accommodation for school groups, alongside some exciting activities that will help make your trip to North Devon completely unforgettable.

• Location: Close to the popular town of Bideford, Skern Adventure enjoys an idyllic setting in 35 acres of parkland.
• Features: Let’s start with the incredible activity facilities here – you can have a go at the high ropes course and climbing wall, or challenge yourselves on the assault course. You could try your hand at archery or at mountain boarding. Or you could head down to the site’s lake, where you can have a go at any number of watersport activities.
• You’ll enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room, which boasts panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and there’s also a tuckshop and vending machines available if your group gets snacky outside of mealtimes.
• Bedrooms: Ideally set up for school groups, students will stay in multi-bedded rooms with shared bathroom facilities, while accompanying staff will be in twin rooms in the same block (but with en-suite bathrooms).
