Make an initial enquiry and then one of experienced advisors will be in touch. We’ll discuss your requirements and create a trip that meets your needs.
Step 3: Plan
We will issue a proposal document containing all the details for your proposed trip. You are under no obligation and can change anything you like.
Step 3: Book
Once you’re happy with the cost, activities, accommodation, and travel plan for your trip, we will issue a formal quotation and booking form.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, as standard we create a bespoke itinerary for all of our school trips abroad and in the UK. This will be put together by our expert tour advisors, who each have personal experience of our destinations, activities and accommodation options. They’ll suggest a plan based on your aims for the trip, your group (e.g. age, size, ability, etc), and your budget. You’ll have the chance to discuss and make any changes you wish.
Typically, our prices include transport, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals, and activities. If you’re going skiing, the price will also include your resort pass and the rental of skis, boots, and a helmet. We will clearly communicate everything included in the price when we provide a plan and quote.
For most school trips, we recommend starting the booking process at least 12 months in advance of your ideal dates. This will give you plenty of time to get the trip approved, plan all of the details, sign up students and collect payment from parents. If you’re planning on a bigger or more expensive trip, then you may want to start the booking process even earlier to give parents as much time as possible to pay.
Your school or local authority may have strict requirements for a student-to-staff ratio, which, if so, you must follow. However, if there are no set guidelines, then we suggest a ratio of 1:10 (one teacher for every 10 students).

Yes, when you book with us, there are several financial protections in place for your school tour. We hold ATOL protection, and we’re members of both ABTA and ABTOT – providing full financial security for our trips.
Furthermore, we’re a member of the School Travel Forum – meaning we have the correct financial bonding in place, we maintain high levels of safety management, and we’re an approved provider.
