Founded as Mountain Travel in 1986, we began by operating day and weekend trips to the Cairngorms in Scotland. Within a few years, we had grown to be one of the largest operators in the UK taking groups to the Scottish ski slopes.

Clients truly value our commitment to customer service and the quality of our offering. So, as demand grew for us to bring them the experience of skiing across Europe, we knew we would only create these trips if we could continue to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

With that in mind, we focused our attention on delivering specialist ski and educational trips to Europe for schools.

Now 40 years later, IBT Travel has evolved into one of the UK’s leading school tour operators. We focus on top-level ski tours and educational trips covering a variety of age-groups and subjects.
