Planning a school trip involves a lot of admin and, as a busy teacher, trying to fit that into your day on top of marking, lesson planning and everything else is a big ask.

What is My Trip Zone

My Trip Zone is our brand-new customer portal. It’s been developed (with the help of real teachers) to support you in organising and managing your trip more efficiently, with everything you need in one secure place.

All your information in one place

Say goodbye to cross-checking multiple spreadsheets and searching around in your inbox.

My Trip Zone allows you to access key documents, trip details and important updates when you need them.

Efficient collection of passenger information

When it’s time to collect passenger information, all you need to do is send one secure link to parents via email.

They can then input the passenger’s passport details (they’ll can scan the passport, so you’re sure the information is correct from the get-go), medical information and dietary requirements.

If they’ll need to renew the passport before the trip or arrange a visa, this will be flagged to them at this point (so they have plenty of time to get it sorted and you won’t have any nasty surprises at the airport).

Plus, you’ll be able to customise the form you send to parents, so you can collect all the information you need.

Clear oversight and control

Track the progress of your trip planning, manage passenger details and stay on top of important deadlines, all from within the portal.

Enhanced safeguarding

All information will be securely stored and easily accessible when you need it, making safeguarding that bit easier.
